Supermill Representitive Testimonial:

"The customer was running a 1/2", 5 flute on Inconel on an aerospace part.  The customer tried Data Flute, Helical Solutions, OSG and a couple of other end mills with the same result, the tools were only able to make 4 parts.  The customer then used a 5 flute Supermill, ran the job and made 20 parts with the cutter.  We had 5 times the tool life.  This part takes 14 hours altogether, so that by not changing out the Supermill so often, there is less down time for the machine.

In another shop, they were machining heat treated 15-5 Stainless with the MA Ford Tuff Cut.  The customer used both the 1/2" and 3/4" tools and were doing a variety of operations from slotting to finish radial cuts.  With the MA Ford, they got 50 parts per tool so they decided to test the Supermill-XP.  The customer made 75 parts with our 1/2" and 85 parts with the 3/4" tool.  The customer has referred us to 3 other customers who now only use the Supermill-XP for all their Stainless parts."
